So Day 1 of the I Declare Healthy Hair Challenge is complete…here we go onto day 2!
Day 1 RECAP:
I still have things to work on…but here is what I’ve done so far:
-put my hair in 2 strand twists protective style Saturday night
- used the My Fitness Pal app on my phone to keep track of my food: eggs, oatmeal, banana for breakfast; grapes, cheese, crackers for snack; strawberry/banana yogurt & oats & honey granola bar another snack; ricotta & spinach tortellini‘s for lunch; waffle & cheese eggs for dinner (probably not on the list); drank 24oz of water (slackin I know) I NEED TO GET GROCERIES (if you didn’t notice…)lol.
-used EVOO to moisturize & curl enhancing smoothie on the ends, 100% Shea Butter to seal in the moisture at night and slept with a satin scarf:
-did 30 minutes of exercise: push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, & LOTS of stretching (its been a while you know…)
SO, that was my day 1! I definitely have to get more water in today & fruits & veggies, however day 2 is off to a GREAT start because I already did my workout: P90X Chest & Shoulders day! GO ME! LATER!
